General Policy

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All specification on products are subject to change without notice.
  • Please call for pricing on volume orders.
  • All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. our factory. (St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada)
  • Applicable Taxes Extra
  • Terms can be applied for at a rate of 2% -10 Days, Net 30 Days OAC. (From date of invoice). (ONLY FOR DEALERS)
  • Overdue accounts are subject to interest charges at the rate of 1½ % per Month.(ONLY FOR DEALERS)

 

Shipment Policy

  • All shipments must be inspected at time of reception for shortages and/or damage. Any discrepancies, including concealed damage, should be reported and noted on the Bill of Lading upon signing. 

 

Return Policy

  • All returns must be authorized, and returned with freight Prepaid. 
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom orders are not returnable.

 

Warranty

  • 1 Year Warranty on most products. 
  • Court-1 products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or material if used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions for a period of one year from date of purchase.
